Start with a few notes or a small creative project. These fictional examples show how to separate what is known, what could happen next and what still needs your decision.

FICTIONAL EXAMPLE / NOTES + HANDOVER

Turn scattered notes into tasks and open questions. For personal organizers or volunteer groups preparing a simple handover.

Start with this fictional input

A book club meets Saturday. The reading list is drafted. The room is not confirmed. No one has agreed to send the reminder.

A reviewable draft might separate

  • Ready: Reading-list draft, not a final approval.

  • Open: Confirm room and choose a reminder owner.

  • Handover: Current status, next questions and unassigned tasks.

What stays open: No owner, deadline or booking is established. Nothing is assigned, scheduled or sent.

A prompt to copy

Fictional exercise only. Do not use tools or contact anyone. A book club meets Saturday. The reading list is drafted, the room is unconfirmed and the reminder has no owner. Draft a handover with known status, proposed next steps and missing decisions. Leave owners and deadlines unassigned unless supplied.

How to try: Paste into a fresh AI chat. Check that proposals are not recorded as completed actions and that unknown owners stay unknown.

Personal project briefs

FICTIONAL EXAMPLE / IDEA + DECISIONS

Shape a loose idea without silently choosing its scope. For someone starting a small personal creative project.

Start with this fictional input

Make a four-page mini-zine about imaginary planets. Audience, format and completion date have not been chosen.

A reviewable draft might separate

  • Given: Four pages and an imaginary-planet theme.

  • Possible structure: A proposed outline, clearly not a decision.

  • Questions: Who is it for, what format and when?

What stays open: Audience, format and completion date remain undecided. The outline is a suggestion, not a finished deliverable.

A prompt to copy

Fictional exercise only. Do not create files. I want a four-page mini-zine about imaginary planets. Audience, format and completion date are unknown. Draft a brief with supplied facts, one optional outline and missing decisions. Label suggestions. Do not choose a deadline or add requirements.

How to try: Paste into a fresh AI chat. Check that the outline is optional and that missing choices remain questions, not commitments.
